In Brief

FIVE WITH FRINGE: Wil Greenway

Have a read of WIL GREENWAY’s answers to Five With Fringe ahead of his show, WIL GREENWAY: THE WAY THE CITY ATE THE STARS

Describe your show in 3 words:

Broken hearted comedy

What is your show all about?

My show is about lonely people searching for connection.  My show is about a bird.  It’s about a long summer drive which sort of tastes like a pilgrimage.  It’s about childbirth and it’s about checking your texts before you send them.

Favourite place for a post-show drink?

I really like The Bird and Ezra Pound.

How would you describe your FW experience?

It’s always great.  Heaps of great shows and bars and eating at Lotus Vegetarian as much as humanly possible.

Apart from your show, what other shows would you recommend?

I see Stuart Bowden play every time we are in the same city.  It’s always a treat.  Above the Mealy-Mouthed Sea by Unholy Mess is a show I missed in Edinburgh and am very keen to see.  Then there’s the Dead Man Label shows, they are all great, especially Josh Glanc and Little Death Club.
